Definition

The coast is a fractal shape where the total length of the coast increases as the step size decreases.

Aim

Develop an algorithm to model how changing the step size will change the total length of the coast of the UK.

Perimeter: 2699.29 km, when the  stepsize is 45 pixels or 103.5km

Perimeter: 3622.49 km, when the  stepsize is 15 pixels or 34.5km
